摘　　要：文中针对传统的挂式除湿袋包装工艺存在劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣等特点,在介绍包装生产线工艺流程及组成的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC控制的挂式除湿袋全自动化包装控制系统。整个控制系统的结构采用递阶控制的方式,并详细阐述了控制系统的硬件设计、链条速度控制以及软件编程和人机界面的设计。该系统用PLC作为主控,采用多个传感器相互配合,提高了自动化程度。This paper describes an automatic packing control system, which makes a design of a hanging type desiccant bag based on PLC control, changing traditional weaknesses, such as large labor intensity, poor working conditions and other character- istics. The whole control system adopted hierarchical structure control mode, and described the hardware design of the control sys- tem, the chains speed curve design and the process design of the software and man-machine interface design of the system. The system used PLC as its main control core, used multiple sensors cooperate with each other to improve the degree of automation, and reduced labor intensity of workers and production cost.
