相变材料在北方猪舍低温热水地板中的应用

摘　　要：相变材料具有储存和释放热的功能,所以在低温热水地面中利用相变材料,改变地面的结构,是改善猪舍躺卧区的温度环境的一个很好的方法。筛选出癸酸和月桂酸两种相变材料制作成低共熔复合材料,同时以超轻陶粒为基体制作定型相变材料;并制作9块相变混凝土试块(试块的尺寸为1m×1m×0.09m)和一块不放相变材料的对照试块。通过数据采集器对10个试块的测量数据的分析得出:地表面的温度随着水温的升高而升高;相变储能混凝土地表面升温与降温都比普通混凝土地面慢,普通地面的峰值比相变地面的高;通过绘制温度图线比较得出,4号板面的温度最高,但最高温没有超过25℃,且能很快的升高温度;通过热工性能比较得出,4号地面的热工性能比较好;通过正交试验分析得出,试验的优水平是癸酸与月桂酸的质量配比是70%∶30%,相变材料的厚度是20mm和相变材料顶面距地面表面的种距是20mm;为相变地面的制作提供了依据。PCM（Phase change materials）have the function of store and release heat,so the ground structure was changed by using PCM in the low temperature hot water floor,and it is a good method to improve the temperature environment of pig lying area.Through the literature reviewed,we screen capric acid and lauric acid as the eutectic composites,make the super lightweight ceramsite as matrix phase change material production type;Then we make 9piece with phase change material surface,and make the control piece without phase change material surface.Through the thermal performance comparison,The thermal performance of the panel 4is better;Through the analysis of orthogonal test table.We can draw the optimum level in the experiment of capric acid and lauric acid quality ratio is 70%∶30%,the thickness of the PCM is 20 mm and the top of the PCM from the ground surface distance is 20mm;Provides the basis for making the phase change materials ground.
