摘　　要：黑龙江省集中连片特困地区作为大兴安岭南麓山区集中连片特困区的主要区域,对该地区中、小学体育开展现状进行调查,表明这一地区师资力量相对薄弱,场地、器材严重短缺,教学组织混乱,学生课余体育活动盲目;在主、客观因素共同的影响下,此地区农村中、小学体育正常进行受到严重制约。The contiguous destitute areas of Heilongjiang is the main concentrated destitute region of southern Greater Khingan Range. Investigation of physical education condition in middle and primary schools in this area shows insufficient teaching force,severe shortage of site and equipment,disorder of teaching organization and students＇ extracurricular sports activities. Under the common influence of subjective and objective factors,the development of physical education in this region is seriously restricted.
