报关与国际货运人才需求及专业培养模式探析

摘　　要：我国对外贸易范围的不断扩大及其业务量的快速增长,产生了对报关与国际货运专业人才的大量需求。然而,当前行业专业人才培养普遍存在层次结构不合理、专业性不强、实践能力弱、体系不健全等问题,为了解决这些问题,可以从"行标导向、四位一体""工作岗位群分类层级""教学做一体化与工学结合"三个层面建立报关与国际货运专业人才的新型培养模式。Along with the expanding and growing of foreign trade, a large number of talents of customs declaration and international freight will be inevitably demanded in China. However, there are many problems of customs declaration and international freight for professional training, such as irrational structure, low professional ability, weak practical ability, imperfect system and so on. In order to train qualified professionals of customs declaration and international freight, we can explore the new professional educating mode based on the ＂standard line-oriented and four in one＂, ＂work group classification level＂, ＂integration of teaching and word-study combined＂.
