清亮饮对兔玻璃体积血视网膜保护作用影响实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清亮饮治疗玻璃体积血对视网膜的保护作用。方法:40只日本大耳白兔随机抽取10只兔为A组,即空白对照组;其余30只确认玻璃体积血成功造模后再随机分成3组,分别为B、C、D组,B组为模型组,C组为中药(清亮饮)组,D组为西药(安妥碘)组。各组干预8周后,收集视网膜标本,检测MDA含量、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性。结果:清亮饮组较模型组、安妥碘组中MDA含量降低,Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性增高。结论:清亮饮对治疗兔玻璃体积血有显著疗效,同时对视网膜有保护作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Qingliang Yin in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage in protective effect on retina.Methods：40 Japanese white rabbits were randomly selected 10 rabbits in group A,the blank control group;the remaining 30 confirmation of vitreous hemorrhage after successful modeling were randomly divided into 3 groups,respectively B,C,D group,B group is the model group;C group is Chinese medicine group（Qingliang Yin）;group D group is the western medicine group（Prolonium iodide）.Each group after 8 weeks intervention,retinal specimens collected,to detect the content of MDA,activity of Na~＋- K~＋-ATP.Results：Reduce the content of MDA was Qingliang Yin group than in the model group,prolonium iodide group,the activity of Na~＋-K~＋-ATP increased.Conclusion：Qingliang Yin has significant curative effect on the treatment of rabbit vitreous hemorrhage,and has a protective effect on retina.
