摘　　要：文章从《金匮要略》中方论的重要性引出"妇人三十六病"的概念,详细辨析了多位注家对这一特定概念的注解,以期从根本还原该特定概念的基本涵义,并阐述了研究"妇人三十六病"的意义。The article discussed the conception of the thirty-six problems of woman in Synopsis of Prescription of Golden Chamber with analyzing the importance of synopsis of prescription,and discriminated the criticisms of many of critic to the thirty-six diseases. The objection was to clarify the meaning of the conception of the thirty-six problems of woman,and to explain clearly the significance to research the thirty-six diseases.
