穴位隔姜灸联合中药贴敷促进大肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复及周围血象影响临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位隔姜灸联合中药贴敷与常规对照治疗促进大肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:采用随机对照试验的方法。2013年4月—2014年4月,笔者对150例大肠癌术后胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为穴位隔姜灸联合中药贴敷的治疗组和常规对照组,每组75例。观察两组方法对大肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响、外周血象的变化、中医证候的改变,并进行统计分析,评价其临床疗效。结果:研究表明,与对照组比较,缩短患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次主动排气时间及首次排便时间(P<0.01),术后中医临床证候显著改变,及外周淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞比率的恢复(P<0.05或P<0.01),采用穴位隔姜灸联合中药贴敷的治疗组优于对照组。结论:穴位隔姜灸联合中药贴敷促进大肠癌术胃肠功能早期恢复,双相调节外周血淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞的比率,预期能够缩短疗程。Objective：To explore the curative effect of acupuncture treatment to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after colorectal cancer surgery ginger moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking with the conventional control. Methods：Methods a randomized controlled trial,The 2013 April 2014 April period,the author of the 150 cases of colorectal cancer in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal dysfunctionwere randomly divided into acupuncture point ginger moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking treatment group and normal control group,75 cases in each group. The two groups were observed on the recovery of gastrointestinal function method influence greatly postoperation of colorectal cancer,hemogram,TCM syndrome change,and statistical analysis,to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results：Research shows that,compared with the control group,the first time,active exhaust time and the time of first defecation gurgling sound resume shorten postoperative patients（P〈0.01）,postoperative TCM symptom changes significantly,and peripheral lymphocyteand neutrophil ratio recovery,（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,the treatment group is better than that of using ginger moxibustion combined with acupoint paste of Chinese medicine control group. Conclusion：Ginger moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupointsticking to promote cancer early recovery of gastrointestinal function greatly,the ratio of dual regulation of peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils,expect to be able to shorten the course of treatment.
