摘 要:当前我国一些城市雨水排水系统不能及时排除地面积水,从而导致内涝,可能的原因是规划手段落后,需要寻求新的技术支持,而将SWMM模型与GIS组件进行无缝耦合是一条重要的解决之道。为了能够实现两者的无缝耦合,首先,对SWMM模型源码进行了深入分析,并利用C#语言封装成托管DLL,方便调用和移植;其次,提出了SWMM模型与GIS组件的耦合过程及工作机制,并实现了与Arc GIS组件的无缝耦合;最后,将研究成果应用到某新建镇的雨水排水工程设计中,并和传统手段的规划方案进行比较,发现在规划效率、管网平面布局、水力参数计算等方面,新方法都具有不可比拟的优势。Waterlogging occurs in some cities, because the impounded surface water cannot be drained through the drainage system in time. It is possible that the plan technology is far behind. Some new technologies should be developed, and it is an important solution that the SWMM model is integrated with GIS components seamlessly. In order to achieve it, firstly, the source codes of SWMM model were analyzed and encapsulated into a managed DLL using C# for calling and transplanting easily. Secondly the integration process of SWMM model with GIS components and the working mechanism were put for- ward, and then SWMM model was integrated with ArcGIS components seanflessly. And lastly, the re- search results were applied to the rainwater drainage engineering design of a new town. As a result, the new method has unparalleled advantages in plan efficiency, pipe network layout, hydraulic parameters calculation and so on compared with the traditional planning.
