摘　　要："价值"是马克思主义哲学和马克思主义政治经济学中的一个基本概念和重要范畴,但由于在这两个学科领域中有着不同的概念界定、意义指向和功能定位,因此容易造成对价值范畴理解上的障碍和误读。结合马克思《资本论》及相关文本的论述,通过对马克思主义哲学与政治经济学中的价值范畴进行比较和析分,以及对马克思主义政治经济学中的"价值"和"使用价值"这对偶性范畴的关系进行讨论,我们可以进一步阐明和澄清马克思主义哲学与政治经济学中的价值之间的概念关系。Value is a fundamental concept and important category in Marxist philosophy and Marx-ist political economics, but it likely cause obstacles and misunderstanding on the understanding ofthe value category just because of its different definition, meaning and function orientation. Combiningthe discussion of Capital and related texts, comparing and analyzing the value category in Marxist phi-losophy and political economics, and discussing the duality category's relation between'value'and'value in use'in Marxist political economics, we can clarify the relationship of value between Marx-ist philosophy and political economics.
