摘　　要：该文通过分析非典型抗精神病药物(SGA)类药物相关的相互作用的研究论文及综述,探讨了SGA常见的药物联用的药效学相互作用。研究表明非典型抗精神病药物与其他药物的相互作用主要与细胞色素P450酶有关,也与UGT酶系及P-糖蛋白系统有关。医生在使用SGA类药物时须了解它潜在的PK/PD相互作用,避免和减少不良反应的发生。In this paper, we analyzed the interaction of atypical antipsychotic drugs（SGA）, and explored the pharmacodynamic interaction of common drug combination in SGA. According to the study of atypical antipsychotic drugs and other drug interactions are mainly related to the cytochrome P450 enzyme, and also with the UGT enzyme system and P- glycoprotein system. Physicians need to understand the potential of PK/PD to avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions when using SGA.
