牙周炎患者龈沟液中高迁移率族蛋白B1与牙槽骨吸收程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析牙周炎患者龈沟液高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平与牙槽骨吸收程度的关系。方法选取58例牙周炎患者的58颗下颌单根牙为研究对象,收集每颗牙的龈沟液行ELISA法检测HMGB1浓度,同时利用X线影像测量牙根长度和牙槽骨吸收高度,计算牙槽骨吸收比例。结果龈沟液HMGB1平均含量为(4.54±6.40)ng/m L,牙槽骨平均吸收比例为(0.19±0.13),两者相关系数为0.81(P<0.01),呈正相关关系。结论HMGB1参与了牙槽骨的吸收,在牙周炎的发展中可能起到重要作用。[Objective]To analyze the relationship between HMGB1 in gingival crevicular fluid and the degree of the alveolar bone resorption in periodontitis patients. [Methods]58 single rooted teeth with periodontitis in the mandibular were selected. ELISA staining was used to determine the concentration of HMGB1 in the gingival crevicular fluid. The root length and height of alveolar bone resorption were measured in the X-ray film, and the resorption ratio of alveolar bone was calculated. [Results]The average content of HMGB1 in the gingival crevicular fluid was（4.54 ± 6.40） ng/m L. The average content of resorption ratio of alveolar bone was（0.19 ± 0.13）. Pearson correlation was analyzed for HMGB1 and resorption ratio of alveolar bone. The correlation coefficients was 0.81（P〈0.01）, positived correlation. [Conclusion]HMGB1 is involved in the resorption of alveolar bone, and plays an important role in the development of periodontitis.
