Objective To discuss the effect of authorization education in improving the fluid intake compliance of patients underwent hematodialysis. Methods By convenience sampling,90 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to their hematodialysis time. The observation group received fluid intake compliance education based on authorization theory, while the control group received conventional education. The fluid intake compliance, incidence rate of acute complication after 6 months of intervention was compared. Results After 6months of intervention, the fluid intake compliance in observation group was significantly improved than control group(P〈0.05).There was statistical significance of the incidence rate of acute hypotension after 1-3 moths of intervention found between two groups(P〈0.05),while no statistical significance of the incidence of acute hypertension showed in two groups(P〉0.05).After 4-6 months of intervention, the incidence rate of acute hypertension and acute hypotension was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Authorization education can help improve the fluid intake compliance and reduce the incidence rate of acute complications.
