摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对我国女子网球职业化发展道路进行分析,针对当前运动人才青黄不接、体制、管理、市场、训练竞赛、资金不足等实际问题,提出解决我国女子网球职业化进程中现存问题的策略。Using document methods and expert interview,this paper analyzes the process of the professionalization of Chinese Women＇s tennis. For the actual problems,such as athletes taking over,the setup,the management,the market,the training and match and capital scarcity,the strategies are put forward to solve the problem in the process of the development of Chinese women＇s tennis.
