李不同品种适宜采收期及耐贮性研究

摘　　要：由于不同采收期对李果实品质影响较大,适期采收是提高李果实品质的重要措施,为研究不同李品种的适宜采收期和耐贮性,选择了生产中不同成熟期的3个李子品种进行适宜采收期和耐贮性比较试验,通过对比不同采收期对果实品质的影响发现,李王、太阳李、大玫瑰李在河南省的适宜采收期分别为7月上旬、8月中旬和8月底;进一步采用计算加权平均值综合评价的方法,对3个李品种贮藏期间果实品质的变化进行分析,得出3个李品种耐贮性强弱顺序依次为:太阳李、大玫瑰李、李王。Quality of plum fruits is greatly affected by picking time.Correctly determining the fruit maturation and optimum harvest is a critical measure to enhance the quality and yield of plum fruits.According to the determination to relevant items of plum fruit quality at different picking times,it is found that proper picking periods of Plum King,Sun Plum and Rose Plum are early July,the middle August and the late August.Through contrastive analysis on the fruit firmness,decay index,browning coefficient,taste flavor and other items of3 plum varieties during storage,calculating the weighted average and means of comprehensive evaluation,it is found that the order of storage property of 3plum varieties is Plum King,Rose Plum,and Sun Plum（from strong to weak）.
