摘　　要：目的研究Pim-3在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与预后的相关性,并探讨其与结直肠癌细胞凋亡的关系。方法收集经手术切除且病理证实的410例结直肠癌患者的临床病理资料,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测相关组织中Pim-3蛋白的表达,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件行生存分析和相关分析;比较Pim-3蛋白在原发灶及肝转移灶中的表达,及其与其他临床病理因素的相关性。结果多因素分析显示围手术期输血量、局部浸润、淋巴结或肝转移与否、Pim-3表达情况是独立的预后影响因素。Pim-3蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的水平较正常组织增高,阳性表达的患者5年生存率显著下降;Pim-3表达情况与肿瘤细胞的分化、局部浸润、淋巴结或肝转移呈正相关。结论 Pim-3基因在结直肠癌中高表达,是独立的预后影响因素。Objective To investigate the correlation of Pim- 3 expression in colorectal cancer with prognosis and study the role of Pim- 3 in apoptosis of colon cancer cells. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 410 patients with colorectal cancer who had received surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Expression of Pim- 3 protein in collected tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry staining using the SP method. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS19. 0 software for chi- square tests,Kaplan- Meier curves,Log- rank tests and Cox- regression models. Pim- 3 expression was compared between the primary tumor and metastatic tumor. Association with other clinicopathological factors was also analyzed. Results Multivariate regression analysis revealed that blood transfusion volume,local invasion,presence of lymph node metastases or liver metastases and Pim- 3 expression were independent unfavorable prognostic factors for patient survival with colorectal cancer. Expression of Pim- 3 was higher in colorectal cancer tissues than in normal tissues. Five- year survival was reduced in patients with Pim- 3 expression in colorectal cancer. Pim- 3 expression of was positively correlated with tumor differentiation,local invasion,lymph node metastases and liver metastases. Conclusion Pim- 3 is excessively expressed in human colorectal cancer and is an independent factor for unfavorable prognosis.
