摘 要:目的研究肿瘤微环境中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)对星形胶质瘤增殖的影响。方法用免疫组化方法检测不同病理级别的星形胶质瘤组织中CD68阳性TAM的浸润情况,用Imaga-Pro Plus 6.0软件分析每个视野阳性染色的光密度积分(IOD),每个组织切片在400倍下分析20个视野。结果高病理级别的星形胶质瘤组织比低病理级别的星形胶质瘤组织CD68阳性的TAM数量明显增多,随着代表星形胶质瘤增殖的指标Ki67表达的增高,TAM在星形胶质瘤组织中的IOD明显升高。结论 TAM在肿瘤微环境中浸润的数量与星形胶质瘤增殖密切相关。Objective To investigate the effect of tumor- associated macrophages on proliferation of astrocyte glioma in tumor microenvironment. Methods Infiltration of CD68 positive tumor associated macrophages( TAMs) in astrocyte glioma of different pathological grades were evaluated with immunohistochemistry. The integrated optical density( IOD) of positive staining- CD68 in each field of vision was analyzed with Imaga- Pro Plus 6. 0. The analysis was repeated at 400 magnification for 20 fields of vision in each section. Results The IOD of CD68- positive- TAM increased significantly in astrocyte glioma of high pathological grades than in low pathological grades. IOD of TAM was elevated along with the up- regulation of Ki67,which was an indicator of proliferation of astrocyte glioma. Conclusion The amount of infiltrated TAM in tumor microenvironment is closely related to proliferation of astrocyte glioma.
