摘  要:近距平行跑道实施配对进近可有效提高机场容量,缓解机场拥挤和延误的问题。为保证飞行的安全运行,研究其碰撞风险,基于速度误差分布和导航设备测量误差分布,建立配对进近两机的距离关于速度、时间的方程,在此基础上提出近距平行跑道配对进近的碰撞风险评估模型,并给出配对进近中相关参数的计算公式,经算例分析验证了模型的合理性。Paired approach to closely spaced parallel runways can effectively improve capacity of the airport,and also can ease congestion and delay of busy airport. For ensuring safety operation of paired approach,the collision risk of paired approach to closely spaced parallel runways was studied. Based on velocity error distribution and positioning error distribution,establish the distance equation about velocity and time of the two aircraft which operate paired approach. According to this equation,a collision risk safety assessment model of closedspaced parallel runways paired approach was built. Meanwhile,the parameters in this model were determined by providing the calculation models. In the end,an example was calculated to verify the model.
