摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位按摩护理干预对急诊癔症患者临床症状的影响。方法:将癔症患者50例随机分为对照组23例和试验组27例;对照组采用常规治疗护理,试验组在常规治疗护理的基础上选取内关、合谷、神门3穴进行穴位按摩,观察2组患者入组后1、2小时临床症状缓解情况。结果:干预1、2小时综合疗效比较2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组干预后1、2小时效果优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩可加快缓解急诊癔症患者的临床症状,可作为常规治疗护理的辅助干预措施。Objective： To discuss the influence of acupoint massage nursing intervention on relieving clinical symptoms of emergency patients with hysteria. Methods： Fifty patients were randomized into 23 cases of the control group and 27 cases of the experiment group; the control group adopted routine therapy, the experiment group received massage ofNeiGuan（PC6）, HeGu（LI4） and ShenMen （HT7） on the basic of routine nursing, the relieving conditions of clinical symptoms in both groups were observed in one hour and two hours after intervention. Results： Comprehensive effects after intervention in one hour and two hours were compared, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）, the experiment group was superior to the control group at the same time in the effects after intervention in one hour and two hours （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint massage could rapidly alleviate clinical symptoms of emergency patients with hysteria, which could be taken as adjuvant intervention measures for routine therapy.
