摘 要:随着生活水平的提高,市场对蔬菜需求量、品质和安全性都提出更高的要求.蔬菜设施栽培方式应运而生,使蔬菜栽培类型逐步由单一的传统露地土壤栽培向基质栽培、水培和雾培等多元化栽培方式发展,蔬菜生产业发展迅速,在种植业中占据了重要分量.概述了近年来国内外在蔬菜种植过程中所选用的栽培方式,及其对蔬菜品质的影响,为发展和完善本地蔬菜的种植和栽培渠道提供有效的参考.With the improvement of living standards,the consumers' more demands on large amounts of vegetables with different varieties,high quality and safety standards promoted the rapid development of vegetable industry,especially for the vegetable cultivation industry. Protected cultivations of vegetable have had a great growth in recent years,which was changing the vegetable cultivation methods from a traditional soil planting to diversified cultivation patterns,including but not limited to the greenhouse,the substrate,the hydroponics,and the aeroponics cultivations. This article reviewed different vegetable cultivation patterns studied worldwide in details,and the effects of these patterns on nutrient and safety qualities of vegetables,thus would potentially provide effective references for developing and improving the local vegetable planting and cultivation system.
