摘  要:植物对病原菌的抗性依赖于组成性和诱导性防卫屏障所形成的复杂网络。植物细胞壁是病原菌成功侵染植物组织必须克服的障碍之一。传统观点认为植物细胞壁只是一个被动的屏障,但最新研究认为细胞壁是一种调控组成性和诱导性防卫反应机制的动力学结构,而且可以作为信号分子源启动植物的内在免疫反应。通过破坏相关的合成蛋白质而进行的细胞壁完整性的修饰或重构也会对植物的抗病性产生影响。对植物细胞壁抗病的功能进行了系统的介绍,并重点探讨了木质素在抗病过程中的作用。Plant resistance to pathogens relies on a complex network of constitutive and inducible defensive barriers. The plant cell wall is one of the barriers that pathogens need to overcome to successfully colonize plant tissues. The plant cell wall is just a passive barrier in traditional view, but the latest researches provide us a concept that the cell wall is a dynamic structure that regulates both constitutive and inducible defense mechanisms, and a source of signaling molecules that trigger immune responses as well. The secondary cell walls of plants also represent a carbon-neutral feedstock(lignocellulosic biomass) for the production of biofuels and biomaterials. However, modification of the integrity of the cell wall by impairment of proteins required for its biosynthesis or remodeling may impact plant 's resistance to pathogens. This review summarizes the role of the plant cell wall in resistance to pathogens and focuses on the significant effect of lignin on the resistant process.
