摘  要:近年来,中国经济迅猛发展,综合国力不断提高,"汉语热"持续升温,中国政府高度重视汉语国际推广工作,这些因素使汉语国际推广迎来前所未有的机遇。总结各国语言推广经验,以开放的心态构建汉语国际推广的战略和政策十分必要。从世界各国的语言推广历史来看,综合国力是语言推广的重要基础。各国语言推广政策都包含着本国的某种政治、经济尤其是已有的文化优势之动力取向。各国语言推广政策给汉语国际推广的启示是:应淡化政治和意识形态把语言和文化推广作为核心;鼓励民间资本和力量进入到汉语国际推广领域,了解国际汉语需求;推广"价值汉语",保持稳健的可持续发展。The popularization of Chinese language meets unprecedented opportunity which we can see,in recent years,"Chinese Hot/Craze"has been continuously heating up with the boost of Chinese economy and the improving of comprehensive national power as well as the importance the government of China attaches to the language popularization.It is crucially necessary for us to construct the strategy and policy concerning the popularization of Chinese language with an open mind by summarizing the good experience at the popularization in various countries.From the view of popularization history in every country,the national power is the significant base of the language popularization.The popularization strategies encompass certain politics and economics state of the target countries,particularly their impetus factors of the existed cultural advantages.The enlightenment of Chinese language international popularization lies in the following aspects as fading the politics and ideology while taking language and culture as its kernel;encouraging nongovernmental capital to inflow into the field of the process of language popularization;getting more information on the demand of Chinese language learning abroad;popularizing "valuable Chinese";maintaining sustainable and stable development.
