摘　　要：为解决连续波泥浆脉冲发生器永磁同步电机的转速控制算法优化设计以及减速器传动比精确测量的问题,设计了一套由浸泡在油浴中的永磁同步电机组件,旋转变压器解码电路,驱动电路,计算机应用软件等组成的综合性测控实验系统。在阐述永磁同步电机转速控制原理,旋转变压器解码算法以及空间矢量脉宽调制SVPWM技术的基础上,采用速度环Fuzzy-PID控制算法,获得了上升时间短、超调量小、稳态误差小的永磁同步电机转速响应曲线,并基于双旋变的转子角度测量方式精确得到了减速器12.245∶1的传动比。该系统将传感器、自动化,电机传动等多种技术有机融合,可作为学生创新实验项目的实践平台,以巩固学生专业基础课程知识,提高学生分析和解决问题的实践能力。To solve the problems of the speed control algorithm optimization and reducer drive ratio determination of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in a continuous wave mud pulse generator,a comprehensive experimental system for permanent magnet synchronous motor has been developed. The system mainly includes permanent magnet synchronous motor components soaking in the oil bath,resolver decoding circuit,drive circuit and computer application software. The speed response curve shows the characteristics of short rising time,less overshoot and minor steady-state error. The design applies the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm based on the analysis of speed control principle,decoding algorithm and space vector pulse width modulation（ SVPWM） technology. A precise reducer drive ratio of 12. 245： 1 is obtained by a way of double-resolver rotor angle measurement. Moreover,the designed system is the organic integration of sensor,automation,and motor driving technologies. It can be used as a students＇ innovative experimental platform,to help them to consolidate the knowledge of professional foundation courses,and to improve their professional abilities of analyzing and solving problems.
