摘　　要：对中国传媒上市公司存在的困境进行研究,并为传媒业上市公司融资提出合理建议,以促进传媒上市公司长远的发展。In this paper, the plight of Chinese media listed companies is researched, and reasonable proposals are put forward for the financing of media listed companies in order to promote long-term development of media companies.
