摘　　要：以国有资本经营在预算方面存在的问题为分析重点,就国有资本经营预算的相关概念、进行国有资本经营预算的重要意义,以及国有资本经营预算存在的问题分别进行分析,同时就解决措施进行深入探讨,以便更好地促进我国国有资本经营预算的发展,切实为国有资本经营提供前提和基础,促进我国经济的进一步发展。This paper analyzes the relevant concepts of state-owned capital operating budget, the important significance of state-owned capital management budget, and the existing problems of the state-owned capital management budget. At the same time, this paper discusses the problems in order to better promote the development of state-owned capital management budget, and provide the premise and foundation for the state-owned capital management, and promote the further development of Chinese economy.
