摘 要:为研究影响城市道路交叉口安全的本质原因,利用层次分析法建立道路交叉口的本质安全评价体系;在此基础上,利用模糊综合评判法(FCE)建立评价模型,并且对其进行多级评价。以天津某路口为案例进行模型的计算和验证,研究结果显示:影响该路口的人的安全级别为中,车的安全级别为良,道路环境的安全级别为中;路口总的安全级别为中。此方法具有定性和定量相结合、判断性较强等特点,将其应用于交通本质安全评价中,对改进道路交通安全起到了一定的借鉴意义。In order to study the intrinsic reasons of the urban road intersection safety, the road intersection safety evaluation system is built by using the method of hierarchical process analysis , on this basis of the system, evaluation model is built by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (ie FCE), and evaluated it by multi-level evaluation. Taking an intersection of Tian- jin as a case to study and validate the model, the results show that the security level of the human is intermediate, the secu- rity level of the vehicle is good, and the security level of the road and environment is intermediate. In general, the intersec- tion security level is intermediate. The method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, with strong degree of judg- ment. It will be applied to traffic safety evaluation, and to a certain extent, which can reduce the interference of the subjec- tive factors. The safety level of the road intersection safety factor is defined, and it will improve the road traffic safety signifi- cantly.
