上釉对IPS e.max全瓷修复体颜色及透射率的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨上釉对IPS e.max全瓷修复体颜色及透射率的影响。方法：将IPS e.max铸瓷材料制作成厚度为2.0mm、直径为15mm的圆盘状试件,测量其颜色及透射率后继续常规上釉、烧结,再次测量其颜色参数及透射率。结果：上釉后IPS e.max全瓷修复体的a~＊、b~＊值增大,L~＊值、TP值无明显变化,上釉前后的色差ΔE小于1.5,透射率较上釉前有所降低。结论：上釉使IPS e.max全瓷修复体的色调偏向黄红,透射率呈降低趋势。Objective To study the effect of glazing to the color and transmittance of IPS e.max allceramic restoration.Methods Make IPS e.max into 20 discal specimens with 15 mm in diameter and2.0mm thick.Then glaze,measure the L^＊a^＊b^＊color parameters and transmittance of specimens before and after glazing.Results After glazing,a^＊and b^＊values increase,the L^＊and TP values had no obvious change,ΔE value was less than 1.5,the transmittance reduced than before.Conclusion Glazing makes the color yellow and red.And the transmittance of IPS e.max all-ceramic restoration reduces after glazing.
