摘　　要：供应链运作能力、供应链协调能力和供应链关系维护能力是影响供应链竞争力的三大因素,三者与供应链竞争力相互作用、相互促进,在一定的规则诱导下形成耦合机理,而三者由供应链的关键业务流程以及对供应链内外协调维护集合形成。通过分析自贸区跨境供应链竞争力与影响竞争力形成因素之间的关系,发现供应链竞争力存在的问题,并针对自贸区以及供应链企业发展提出相关的对策建议。The supply chain operation ability, and supply chain coordination ability and supply chain relationships maintenance ability are the three major factors affecting the competitiveness of the supply chain, the three interact with supply chain competitiveness and promote each other, forming the coupling mechanism under certain rules induction, and the three that are formed by the key business processes of supply chain and the internal and external supply chain coordination and maintenance. By analyzing the relationship between the free trade zone cross-border supply chain competitiveness and the elements of affecting the competitiveness, find issues in competitiveness of the supply chain, and make relevant suggestions for development of the free trade zone and supply chain enterprises.
