摘　　要：分析了高职学生顶岗实习质量评价指标体系构建的必要性、存在问题和原则,提出了一套基于模糊综合评判法的"一二三四"模式的高职学生顶岗实习质量评价指标体系,最后通过示例说明了如何运用模糊综合评判法来分析及评价顶岗实习质量。结果表明,该方法能有效地提高质量评判的全面性、客观性和科学性。In view of the fact that the quality of production practice in higher vocational colleges slows down the pace of practical teaching, this paper analyzes the problems and principles of constructing quality evaluation index system for production practice in higher vocational colleges. The ＂One-Two-Three-Four＂ model of quality evaluation index system was put forward on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, by which the quality of practice will be evaluated all through the practices. The quality evaluation model can be applied to estimating the correlative production practice to show how to use this method. The result demonstrates the method is more comprehensive and objective.
