摘　　要：文章首先介绍了庐州太太;接着对庐州太太解决排队问题的妙招进行了剖析,并指出此招给庐州太太带来的影响;最后对庐州太太的经营模式进行了分析,同时指出企业好的经营是顾客至上、创立自己的好口碑,盈利要细水长流而非青岛大虾式的杀鸡取卵。The article firstly introduces Mrs LuZhou company, then analyses Mrs LuZhou＇s coup to solve the problem of queuing, and points out the influence of the coup on Mrs LuZhou ; it finally analyses Mrs LuZhou＇s business mode, meanwhile it points out that good management of thr enterprise is customer first, to create their own good reputation, and creates their own steady profits rather than the type of Qingdao prawn which kills the goose that lays the golden eggs.
