摘 要:为了反应城乡承灾体在自然灾害发生过程中的级别与空间的差异,本文构建了城乡分级公里格网模型。基于影响承灾体的多种因素,构建了服务于城乡分级模型的多指标体系。基于多指标体系,利用聚类分析的方法,划定城乡不同级别之间的界线,实现城乡分级的公里格网空间化。针对黑龙江省城乡分级结果进行了相应的统计学分析,验证了其合理性。与此同时,将遥感地图与分级结果对比分析,进一步保证了结果的精确性。本文所得到的城乡分级模型,有助于快速准确地实现灾前的预测评估、灾时的快速救援和灾后的损失评估。In order to reflect the difference in level and space of hazard affected body in urban and rural zones during the occurring of natural disaster, this paper constructs a urban and rural classification kilometer grid model. Based on various factors influencing the hazard affected body, a multi-index system forming a hierarchical model of urban and rural zones was built. Using the method of cluster analysis based on index system, boundary lines between different levels of urban and rural areas were drawn and a kilometer grid-based urban and rural classification was implemented. Using the classification results for Heilongjiang Province, a statistical analysis was conducted for verification. At the same time, a remote sensing map and the classification results were compared to further ensure accuracy of the results. The urban and rural classification model given in this paper helps to accurately implement predictive evaluation before disasters, rapid rescue during disasters, and loss evaluation after disasters.
