摘　　要：大学生群体是当今就业市场的主要人才储备库,大学期间对其能力的培养一定程度上决定了其职业取向和社会价值。群体技能、专业能力和领导力都是职场人才必备的职业素养,正确引导大学生主动提升职业素养,完善大学生能力培养显得尤为重要。Colleges and universities are reservoirs of talent for the job market.What they offer to the students partly determines their career orientation and social values.Group skill,professional competence and leadership are among the essential professional qualities required by the job market.Colleges and universities should work more vigorously to strengthen ability training and offer correct guidance to students so they can actively promote their professional qualities.
