摘  要:为提高对应急物资需求的快速响应能力,基于应急物资调度问题的特点,引入三角模糊数描述应急调度的不确定属性,建立三角模糊信息环境下应急物资调度问题的时间最小化模糊优化模型,并给出与其等价的模糊机会约束规划模型,探究参数为三角模糊数时模型的确定化转化方法,通过实证案例分析,验证转化方法的有效性。结果表明,应急调度过程中的应急物资需求量、应急调度时间等都有不确定性特征,用三角模糊数表征有关模糊属性,有助于提高应急物资调度决策的准确性。In order to improve the capacity for responding rapidly to emergency supplies demand,based on the characteristics of emergency materials dispatching,triangle fuzzy numbers were introduced in this paper to describe uncertain attribute of emergency materials dispatching. A time minimization model was built for emergency materials dispatching decision making. A method of establishing a fuzzy chance-constrained model for emergency material dispatching was presented. Crisp equivalents of the fuzzy chanceconstrained models were studied when the decision parameters are triangle fuzzy number. Finally,a numerical example shows that the method is valid. The results show that emergency material demands and emergency dispatch time are uncertain in the process of emergency dispatch,using triangular fuzzy number to represent the fuzzy attributes can improve the accuracy of emergency material dispatch decision.
