摘 要:在十六烷基溴化三甲基铵(CTAB)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)混合溶液中,以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,使3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩(EDOT)单体发生氧化聚合,制得尺寸分布在50~950nm,球壁厚约为50nm的聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)空心微球。PEDOT空心微球的形成过程中,由CTAB和SDBS形成的囊泡在聚合过程中起到了模板的作用。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和电导率测定仪对PEDOT空心微球进行了表征;利用循环伏安法对比研究了PEDOT空心微球和PEDOT块状颗粒对抗坏血酸(AA)的电化学氧化的催化作用。结果表明,与PEDOT块状颗粒相比,PEDOT空心微球有效地降低了AA的氧化电位。Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)hollow microspheres ranging from 50 nm to 950 nm were synthesized by chemically oxidative polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT)using ammonium persulfate(APS)as catalyst in the aqueous solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfate(SDBS).Vesicles formed by CTAB and SDBS served as templates for the formation of PEDOT hollow microspheres.The obtained PEDOT hollow microspheres were characterized by Fourier Transformation Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)and conductivity measurement.The electro-catalytic activity of PEDOT hollow microspheres for the oxidation of ascorbic acid(AA)was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and compared to the activity of granular PEDOT particles.Results showed that the PEDOT hollow microspheres had a more effective electrocatalytic activity in lowering the AA oxidation potential than PEDOT granular particles.
