摘　　要：基于天津市属高校艺术学专业科研现状,在深入把握艺术学科研基本规律的基础上,我们应当为提升天津高校艺术学专业科研与学科建设水平构建一套综合平衡考量教学、研究和社会服务的顺畅机制与合理框架,从而使科学研究成果能够直接作用于艺术设计教育改革、经济生产和社会发展,取得可观的经济与社会效益。Based on the status quo of the research work on art theory at colleges and universities in Tianjin and the major rules for research on this specialty, we should build up a comprehensive and balanced mechanism and rational framework for teaching, research and social service in order to improve research qualities and the discipline construction, which can then enable our research achievements to directly act on educational reform, economic production and social development.
