摘　　要：以国内外高校教师教学质量评价的发展历程及其现状为依据,结合国内高校教师教学质量评价方法存在的问题,以天津某高校为例,从加强管理以实现评价和发展双重功能、修订"同行评价"和"专家评价"的模式及其权重比例、重新构建学生评价模型三个方面对高校教师教学质量评价方法进行改进研究。According to the development process and present situation of university teaching evaluation both at home and abroad, this article analysed the existing problems in teaching evaluation, took a university in Tianjin as an example, and put forward a reform proposal from the following aspects： enhancing management,emphasizing the dual function of evaluation and development, revising the model and proportion of ＂peer evaluation＂ and ＂experts＇ evaluation＂, and reconstructing the evaluation model and method.
