距离与相对转角同步测控量仪结构设计

摘  要:针对在机械工程、建筑工程、木工家具等行业需要同时测量和控制两物体之间距离与相对转角问题,提出一种距离与相对转角可同步测控量仪的解决方案。量仪总体结构由两个相互关联又相对独立的构件构成,其中距离测量与控制采用了两构件形成可伸缩的轴与套间隙配合的结构,可测控一定尺寸范围内的两物体距离;在相对转角的测控读数结构中,则采用了角度读数指针可随被测对象同步旋转且可随距离变化而滑移接近角度读数盘的设计方案,保证了角度读数的准确性。该量仪设计方案经过实践证明可靠实用,具有独创性。In mechanical engineering,construction engineering,wood furniture and other industries,sometimes need to measure and control the relative angle and the distance between two objects at the same time,in order to solve this problem,a sulotion is proposed for the instrument that can be to measurement and control the relative angle and distance. measuring tool overall structure consists of two interrelated and constitute a relatively independent components,including distance measurement and control adopted two components form a scalable axes and the structure of the set of clearance fit,but two objects distance measurement and control within the scope of a certain size. In relative angle measurement readings structure,the adopted angle reading pointer as the object to be tested synchronous rotation and can change with distance and slip closer to the point of reading disc design scheme,to ensure the angle of the accuracy of the readings. The design is novel,and originality.
