摘　　要：随着环境的不断恶化,传统机械制造工业的发展遇到瓶颈,机械产品的再制造成为目前产业研究的重点。机械再制造产业发展迅速,未来人才缺口大,目前我国没有培养机械再制造人才的相关专业,亟待建设。通过对再制造产业的分析,确定了机械再制造人才的能力需求,制定了培养计划,进行了专业培养实践工作,为我国机械再制造专业建设奠定基础。With the development of the environment, the development of traditional mechanical manufacturing industry has become a bottleneck, the re manufacturing of machinery products becomes the focus of the current industry, machinery manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,the future talent gap is great,now China has not trained machinery manufacturing personnel.Through the analysis of remanufaeturing industry,determine the capability of the machinery re manufacturing talented person demand,make the training plan, the professional training practice is performed,which laid a foundation for the professional construction machinery re manufacturing.
