摘　　要：目的总结注射型根管充填剂治疗乳牙根尖周病的临床效果。方法 2012-06/2014-06鞍山市中心医院口腔科50例乳牙根尖周病患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。对照组采用普通根管充填剂进行治疗,观察组采用注射型根管充填剂进行治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率96.00%(24/25),明显高于对照组的72.00%(18/25),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用注射型根管充填剂对乳牙根尖周病患儿进行治疗,疗效显著,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of injectable root conal filling agent in the treatment of deciduous periapical disease. Methods Fifty children with deciducus periapical diseases were chosen as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional root canal filling material, and the observation group was treated with injectable root canal filling material. The clinical effect of two groups of children were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than the control group（72%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of injectable root canal filling agent for deciduous periapical disease is remarkable, with high clinical value.
