直线切口下肌功能修整矫正45例单侧唇裂术后唇高不等的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价直线切口肌功能修整在单侧唇裂术后唇高不等畸形整复中的效果。方法对45例单侧唇裂术后双侧唇高不等明显畸形的患者,在患侧参照健侧人中嵴位置及走行设计类直线切口,分离显露至口轮匝肌表面,调整肌束对位缝合,利用皮肤延展性使患侧唇峰点恢复至正常位置,并通过皮下缝合固定于口轮匝肌。结果患者术后两侧唇高基本相等,患侧手术瘢痕与健侧人中嵴相似,面形及口轮匝肌功能恢复满意。术后随访6个月,动静态形态满意。结论该方法可减少皮肤附加切口,重建患侧人中嵴形态及口轮匝肌功能,功能和外观满意,效果良好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of functional cheiloplasty through linear incison for correction of unequal lip heights secondary to unilateral cleft lip repair. Methods The 45 cases with unequal lip heights secondary to unilateral cleft lip repair were included in this study. According to the philtral column of normal side,a linear incision was made on affected side and through this incision functional repair of musculus orbicular oris were conducted. The skin was adjusted to correct lip height and adhered with repaired muscles.Results Equal lip heights were achieved and the surgical scar of affected side was similar to the philtral column of normal side. Satisfied outcomes were achieved with 6-month follow-up. Conclusion For unequal lip heights secondary to unilateral cleft lip repair,muscular functional cheiloplasty through linear incision is an effective method with satisfied outcome.
