摘　　要：本文通过对医疗保障体系构成和国外典型医疗保障模式的分析研究,结合我国医疗卫生服务和医疗保障现状,并借鉴国外医疗保障模式,对构建符合我国国情的医疗保障体系提出建议。为完善我国医疗保障体系,有效控制医疗保险费用的过快增长及社会可持续发展提供参考。Based on analysis and research of foreign medical security system structure and typical health care models, combined with the status quo of health services and medical care of our country, learning from foreign health care model,the thesis intends to put forward suggestions on building up a health care system in line with China＇s national conditions. Apart from this, the study is also aimed to provide a reference in bettering our health care system, controlling the excessive growth of health insurance costs and promoting the sustainable social development.
