摘　　要：马克思主义中国化诠释着中国共产党执政合法性。马克思主义中国化为中国共产党执政合法性提供理论基础、认同基础和价值基础。马克思主义中国化的过程及其各个时期的思想产物,在理论根基上使中国共产党执政合法性得以充分论证和明确阐述;中国化的马克思主义所具有的丰富思想内涵和鲜明理论特征,为中国共产党执政合法性提供了坚实的认同基础;马克思主义中国化的重要思想价值、极具指导意义的实践价值,及其内在蕴涵的人文价值与人本精神,是中国共产党执政合法性建构的价值基础。Marxism in China has been explaining the governing legitimacy of CPC.Marxism in China gives theoretical foundation,identifying foundation,and value foundation.The process of Marxism in China makes clear the governing legitimacy of CPC in the level of theoretical foundation;the abundant ideological connotation and the distinct ideological characteristics of Marxism in China provides the legitimacy of CPC with strong identifying foundation;the important ideological value,the practical value with guidance,humanistic value and human-centered spirit of Marxism in China are all the value foundation of the governing legitimacy of CPC.
