摘　　要：可视化的教学手段在"基础"课教学中不仅是可行的,也是必要的。"基础"课教学的可视化应采取从"简单"到"复杂"再到"简单"的思路,以案例教学的可视化为突破口,并以模拟法庭的开展为可视化的典型形式。Visual teaching method in the＂ basic＂ course teaching is not only feasible,but is also very necessary.＂ Basic＂ course teaching of visualization should be taken from the thinking of＂simple,complex,and simple,with case teaching visualization as the breakthrough point,to simulate a court to carry out for the typical form of visualization.
