摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、视频采集法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对56kg、60kg和65kg级别的中国优秀男子轻量级散打运动员的进攻技术、防守技术、反击技术和失点位置方面进行横向和纵向的研究,进而分析优秀男子轻量级散打运动员技术特征现状,从而为下一步的训练和比赛提供一些理论策略和建议。In this paper,using the methods of literature,expert interviews,video capture,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the author researches on the offensive technology,defense technology,counter technical and loss position conduct 56 kg,60kg and 65 kg levels of Chinese elite lightweight male Sanda athletes from aspects of horizontal and vertical,and then analyzes the status quo of technical features of Chinese elite lightweight male Sanda athletes,thus providing some theoretical strategies and recommendations for the next training and competition.
