摘  要:设计了一种简单的数字式电感测量仪,可以对正弦信号源、电感Q值以及电感值实现精确测量。系统硬件电路主要由信号产生电路、信号调理和测量电路等模块组成,其中测量电路采用谐振法测量回路谐振频率,然后用伏安法测量可变电容当前值,再通过谐振频率和电容值计算得到被测电感的Q值和电感值。最后经过测试,系统实现了输出范围达50 MHz^40MHz的正弦信号源,测量误差优于0.1%,并且对电感Q值和电感值的测量误差均小于3%。A simple and digital controlling inductance measuring instrument is designsd,which can make the sine sig- nal source, Q value of the inductor and inductance values achieve accurate measurement. The hardware circuit of the system is mainly composed of signal generation, signal conditioning circuit and measuring circuit module. The mea- surement circuit uses the resonance method to measure the measured circuit, and then uses the voltmeter-ammeter method to measure the variable capacitor, and the circuit can get the Q value and inductance value of the measured in- ductance through being calculated resonant frequency and capacitance value. Finally through the testing, the system realizes the output range from 50 Hz to 40 MHz for the sine signal source through the testing,and the measurement er- ror is better than 0.1%,and also the error is less than 3% for the Q value and the inductance value of measured inductor.
