摘　　要：专利技术的市场化、产业化是知识产权的最终归属和应有之义。分析了当前高校专利转化困难的成因,并就如何建设立足高校实际的专利转移中心进行分析,旨在推动高校专利转化进程。Marketability and industrialization of patent technology are the final ownership and conception of intellectual property. This paper analyzes the causes of patent transform difficulties in colleges and universities anti how to construct patent transform mechanism based on the reality of them, aiming at promoting patent transform process in colleges and universities.
