摘　　要：要提高少数民族群众的生活水平,加快民族地区的经济发展和社会进步,不能忽略民族语言文字的作用。民族语言文字不仅是人民群众日常的交际工具,也是民族地区巩固和发展平等、团结、友爱极为重要的工具,更是各民族之间互相帮助、互相合作、共同发展、共同繁荣的捷径。Improving living standard of the minority nationalities, fastening the economic development and social progress of ethnic areas should attach importand to the function of national spoken and written language of national spoken and written language is not the means by which minority nationalities communicate with each other but the shortcut of helping and cooperating each other, joint development and prosperity between nationalities.
