摘　　要：通过查阅文献、教研活动、课堂实践相结合等方法,针对小学体育教学中民族传统体育内容及教学实践进行深入探讨,将民族传统体育手段应用于小学体育教学中,不仅丰富体育课内容,也有利于传承与发展民族传统体育文化,更有利于促进小学生的身心健康发展。This paper based on the review of the literature, the research activities, such as combination of classroom practice to discuss deeply about the elementary school sports teaching method of national traditional sports and teaching practice. Adding the national tradition sports into P.E. teaching methods in elementary school physical education, it not only can enrich the content, also can be beneficial for inheriting and developing the national traditional sports culture and for the healthily developing mentally and physically.
