基于社会需求开放式培养社会体育专业学生职业素养研究

摘　　要：为了解社会体育专业社会需求及职业素养要求,促进社会体育专业教育输出与社会需求平滑对接,对社会体育专业社会需求及职业素养要求、培养目标与社会需求脱节问题及开放式合作培养学生职业素养进行了深入的调查分析与研究。研究认为:社会体育指导员、健身教练与营销人员、竞技体育科技后勤服务人员与体育产业经营与管理人才等是社会体育专业人才的主要社会需求,社会体育专业培养的学生专业知识与技能及职业素养要求达不到社会要求,导致培养目标与实际社会需求脱节。提出利用体育系统优势资源,借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育模式,引进社会上先进企业管理理念加强与体育系统单位、体育产业相关企业及企业培训机构的合作与交流,以开放合作办学模式来提升社会体育专业学生职业素养与职业技能,使社会体育专业学生更好的适应社会需求及行业职业素养要求,从而更好地服务于社会。In order to understand the social needs and professional quality requirements of social sports professional, and to promote social sports professional education output and social needs smooth docking,social sports professional social needs and professional quality requirements, training objectives and social needs of the problem and open up the cultivation of students＇ professional quality are deeply analyzed. The research thinks： social sports instructors, fitness coaches and marketing personnel, sports science and technology logistics service personnel and sports industry management and management personnel are the main talents needs for the social sports industry. However, the professional knowledge and skills of the students in social sports specialty and the requirements of the professional quality of the students cannot reach the requirements of the society accounting for the gap between cultivation goals and the social needs. Finally,using the advantages of sports system, with the introduction of the German ＂dual system＂ vocational education model, and the introduction of advanced enterprise management concept to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with sports system units. Sports industry related enterprises and enterprise training institutions to open cooperative education model should be introduced to improve the professional quality and professional skills, so that social sports professional students can better adapt to social needs and industry professional quality requirements, so as to better serve the community.
