摘　　要：以黑龙江八一农垦大学通信工程专业学生为实践对象,以应用型人才为目标导向,采取以应用为主线的教学模式,根据学生群体特点不同而因材施教,在课堂教学时间、教学内容、实验教学和考核过程的安排上都与传统教学模式不同,培养学生主体鼓励优秀创新,取得了一定的效果,提升了学生的动手实践能力和核心竞争力。Taking the students of communication engineering major in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the objects, application-oriented talents as the goal orientation, the paper discusses the application as the mainline mode of teaching. Classroom schedule, teaching content, the experimen- tal curriculum and assessment processes are different from traditional teaching mode. Individualized student innovation is encouraged, and some effects are achieved, which enhance the students＇ prac- tical ability and core competitiveness.
