摘　　要：技术理性批判并不否定技术进步的积极作用,只是要求人们认清现代科学技术的双重作用,积极合理地利用现代科学技术,克服其由于不合理应用所造成的消极后果,走出由技术异化造成的不利于人类生存和发展的生态困境。这一理念为当代生态文明建设奠定了思想基础,对构建人与自然、人与人之间关系的双重和谐具有深刻的启发意义。The positive role of the technological rational criticism does not negate the positive effect of the technological progress,but requires people to understand the dual role of modern science and technology,and actively and rationally uses modern science and technology,to overcome its negative consequences due to unreasonable application. Out of the ecological predicament of human existence and development caused by the alienation of technology. This idea has laid the ideological foundation for the construction of ecological civilization,and has a profound inspiration to the construction of the harmonious relationship between man and nature,man and man.
